Dual Nature
The VOX Night Train's single switch lets you select between Pentode or Triode tube operation. In the Pentode mode, VOX Night Train delivers a full 15 watts of power. In the Triode mode, the power is cut to 7.5 watts. The Triode mode also relaxes the tube power stage, letting that silky-smooth, mellow tube character shine through.

Preamp Pizzazz
VOX Night Train greets you with a clear, simple panel design, offering the familiar Gain and Volume controls. The single-channel Windsor Studio features a footswitchable Boost button, which increases the preamp level to allow the flexibility of a dual-channel amp plus control over the dynamic response and rich distortion characteristics of its class-A tube power topology. The Boost function can be used as an overdrive feature for the power section or simply as a volume boost for soloing.

The versatile and comprehensive control section supplies a master volume pot and independent volume knobs for each of the three channels (Ultra, Crunch, and Clean). Tone shaping is accomplished through passive controls for Bass, Mid, and Treble on the Clean channel, while the Ultra and Crunch channels use active Bottom, Body, and Hair (lo, mid, hi) controls. The Clean channel is pristine yet warm and is specifically voiced to work well with effects pedals. Created in the legendary Bluesbreaker style, the Marshall Class 5 gets back to basics with a top-loaded panel of Volume, Treble, Middle, and Bass controls. This simple feature set is the Marshall Class 5 tube amp's secret weapon. What you get in return is authentic Class A tone, rich in smooth harmonic distortion. 

The all-tube signal path offers a wealth of analog tones right at your fingertips. Sparkling cleans, full-bodied crunch and glorious lead are just a dial turn away. Marshall MHZ15 Amplifier Head

The Marshall Haze MHZ15 tube guitar amp head is brimming with 15W of power, iconic looks, and most of all, exemplary Marshall tone. This compact all-tube head features effects, reverb, and classic looks without a huge footprint

The 15W Haze is covered in a vintage-style vinyl and fitted with protective corners. The hand-stretched baffle fretcloth, with its white piping finish, matches the complementing Haze cabinets, meaning you can combine it with 1 or 2 of them to create one cool-looking mid-sized stack.

Just because the Haze amp head is smaller than a standard tube head doesn't mean that it's quiet or lacking in power or tone that you expect from a Marshall amp—its 15W of all tube power guarantees you the full Marshall experience.

The Haze 15 is driven by an ECC83 preamp stage and 6V6 power amp section, combining to create fantastic tube tone that belies its size.

The Marshall Haze 15 has both normal and overdrive channels with a shared EQ and onboard effects, providing a versatile sound set and delivering an all tube tone in a compact package that performs just like an all tube amplifier should.

Designed in the same style as the traditional Marshall Head amplifiers, the 2 distinctive footswitchable channels of the 15W Haze amplifier offer a variety of tonal possibilities. The normal mode has bags of headroom and provides a rich and organic clean sound. 

With the overdrive channel the Haze 15W delivers a warm overdriven tone, and its separate Gain control makes it possible to dial in preamp drive, distorting your tone before it reaches the power stage and delivering a more gritty rock tone.

There is a bright switch which is shared between both the normal and overdrive channels. When engaged the bright switch really lifts the overall sound achieved adding extra bite and sparkle and defining the edge of your tone when you need it.

Both the normal and overdrive channels use a shared 3-band EQ, allowing you to individually adjust the treble, middle, and bass response of the amplifier to suit your taste. 

The effects section of the Haze MHZ15 contains custom-voiced effects and reverb that have been specially designed by Marshall to compliment the feel and tone of the amplifier. Each effect selected on the channel will be remembered when you return to the channel, meaning you can set up your clean and overdrive sounds and return to them over and over again without having to readjust your settings. The warm emulated spring reverb has its own independent control, allowing you to add as much or as little reverb as required. For those who want to completely remove the reverb circuitry from the equation, the reverb control is fitted with a positive off switch, so by rotating the control counter-clockwise you can feel the control click indicating that the reverb circuitry is disengaged. 

The 3 selectable effects in the Haze 15 reflect the overall feel of the tone available and have been designed to work with the tone of the amplifier to ensure that every one feels rich and satisfying.

Effects are selected using the front panel effects button and indicated by the color of the LED. Green indicates that Echo effect is selected, orange shows that Vibe is selected, and Red indicates Chorus. By using the effect level control you can determine just how much of the effect you want in your sound.

The Haze 15 is simple to use, and its familiar layout means that you won't have to spend forever figuring out how to use it. Every Haze 15 is supplied with its own 2-way footswitch, so you don't have to use the front panel to change channels or switch the effects on or off, simply stomp your preferences like a true pro.

Marshall MHZ112 Slanted Speaker Cabinet

The MHZ112 speaker cabinet, in either straight- or slanted-front models, makes for a powerful component in any Marshall stack. This cabinet's 1x12, closed-back design follows the tried-and-true principles Marshall cabs have always followed. The speaker cab is given extra strength via finger-jointed construction, and the closed-back design ensures that even from such a small cabinet you can achieve that thick bass response and sharpness of mid tones that a Marshall cab delivers. Its Celestion G12-66 Marquee ensures that there's plenty of room to crank up your amp head and play hard without a fear of damaging the speaker.

To create the American version of this genre, we took all the essential circuitry and ingredients of our fabled Dual Rectifier and simply stepped down the displacement to a single pair of power tubes. Based on a diode-rectified, two-channel platform, we’ve included all the highly-developed pre-amp voicings found aboard its big-powered relatives. Channel One sports two modes: the tight and spanking Clean —which can be dialed up to a classic vintage purr, and Pushed for a spicy, brown, mid-gain clip.

Channel Two boasts the identical three modes offered by the Road King™ and the Dual/Triple Rectifiers: Raw, Vintage and Modern high gain. These three voicings cover the spectrum in a stair-step format with Raw making the transition from furry-clean through a bluesy, roots clip. Then Vintage High-Gain takes over and continues up the gain scale into a liquid, violin voice that glows with amber warmth. And finally …Modern. This blistering High Gain mode delivers pure Recto aggression, the heaviest sound ever, and featured on countless recordings and stages world-wide.

Adjustable fast/slow speeds and transition time are featured. The autostop system positions the rotor forward so the SRV-112 can be used as a normal 1X12 speaker cabinet.

About Volume levels
Because the sound from a rotary speaker is being spun all around a room, it will not sound as loud to you as a stationary speaker firing directly at you. Volume will be affected by reflections from walls and ceilings. In an outdoor venue much of the audio speaker's sound is directed away from you and will not be reflected back, this is the worst case scenario. A small stage or room will have the most reflections and will be the loudest and best scenario. In larger venues if you can place your rotary amplifier by reflective surfaces, that will increase the volume where you are standing and provide a richer rotary sound.
